Windset Farms Commences Planting At New 38-Acre Ultra-Lit Greenhouse

Windset Farms has started planting at its new 38-acre ultra-lit greenhouse in Delta, British Columbia, marking another milestone in the company’s continued investment in controlled-environment agriculture.

The new ultra-lit greenhouse increases Windset Farms’ Delta operation to 130 acres, including 86 acres of ultra-lit greenhouse production, making it the largest lit vegetable greenhouse facility in Western North America. The additional capacity enhances Windset Farms’ ability to provide customers with a year-round supply of greenhouse-grown vegetables.

With the addition of the new greenhouse, Windset Farms now owns and operates 298 acres of greenhouse production across Canada and the United States.
